Return Cost

No cost for returns!

30 Days to Return

You can return your item 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item from KARATS JEWELRY can be returned unless stated. For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. KARATS JEWELRY strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Process Details

To return your purchase from KARATS JEWELRY, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, KARATS JEWELRY will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. KARATS JEWELRY will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
